That’s a bold statement, but we can back it up. Having represented 20 condo development projects comprising nearly 400 units, we’ve become the firm that the City asks to help plan a tour of the lofts and flats downtown. Moreover, city appraisers seek out our opinions on value, developers call to ask us to represent their projects, and architects seek us out to review their designs.

Indeed, the RVA Board of Realtors picked us to represent local concerns with U.S. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor about how public policy decisions in Washington are creating challenges for condo financing.

Since our inception in 2008, the experienced agents at OSRG have worked in Church Hill and Fulton Hill in the east, the Fan and Museum Districts in the west, Jackson Ward, Carver and Ginter Park to the north and Manchester, Oregon Hill and Randolph to the south.
